Noticia top en Digg que no proviene de un sitio angloparlante

Apareció en Digg en la portada.

Es simplemente una lista de sitios con info sobre CSS en portugués.
Hay quienes indican el post como s|p|a|m, pero... si fuera spam no debería haber recibido 1071 diggs! no?
O es que la gente clickea las noticias sin leer? Quién es peor? quien sube algo para promocionarse o quien lo diggea sin siquiera leer el sitio??
Los dejo, tengo que ir a digguear la noticia...
